New Renault Avantime

Renault's daring Avantime came too fast, too soon... and disappeared after less than three years in production, totalling a mere 8,557 example built. Yet this fascinating car has never lost its appeal and continues to inspire 10 years after its 1999 revelation as a concept-car. By integrating elements of the new Megane line in it and making it a cross between a stationwagon and a van, I imagined this Avantime II. Wouldn't this be great to travel in?

L'audacieuse Renault Avantime est sortie trop vite, trop tôt... et a disparu après moins de trois ans en production, pour un total de seulement 8557 exemplaires construits. Et pourtant, cette voiture fascinante n'a jamais perdu de son attrait et continue d'inspirer 10 ans après sa révélation en 1999 sous la forme d'un concept-car. En intégrant des éléments de la nouvelle gamme Mégane pour en faire un croisement entre un break et un monospace, j'ai imaginé cette Avantime II. Ne serait-elle pas super pour voyager ?
