McDonnell XP-67B Jet Moonbat

Description

The idea was simple: create a jet-powered variant of the U.S. Air Force's then most advanced fighter design. It worked on paper, but the mating of the British Derwent engines (also used on the Gloster Meteor) with the delicate blended wing of the Moonbat proved a technical nightmare... and caused so much vibration to the cockpit that the type proved unmanageable and was never produced.

Please note that this is strictly an imaginary aircraft and story and should therefore not be taken seriously by any researcher.

Could you possibly give it a P-51 type canopy? One of my favorite 1940s experimental US fighter designs.
