685 - Feeling much better

In 1992 I suffered an injury to my right ankle and had to take a leave from work for several weeks. This picture is typical of my fantasies then: a sexy black nurse attending to my health, and enquiring about how I feel. "Suddenly much better" is the obvious answer to such an enviable situation!!!
